1. Service

ScrollShow provides public TikTok account research, carousel creation, a library, calendar and MCP tools. Discovery relies on indexed sources; metrics describe dated samples. Views and income are not guaranteed. The service is not affiliated with TikTok and offers an optional Chrome extension for searches started by the customer.

2. Prices and duration

€29 per month, automatically renewed until cancellation, or €99 once with no renewal. Lifetime access covers the operating lifetime of the ScrollShow SaaS run by PROCESS, not a perpetual downloadable software licence. Service cessation remains subject to mandatory customer rights.

The first payment is due on subscription. AI assistant subscriptions are separate.

3. Quotas and access

Per user over 24 hours: 30 analyses, 10 discovery runs, 20 reconstructions, 30 renders and 20 exports. API: 120 requests per minute. TikTok limits and permissions also apply. A verified email is required. Access starts after Stripe confirms payment.

4. Orders and payment

Customers choose an offer and accept the terms before payment. Stripe processes cards; PROCESS does not retain full card numbers. Checkout displays the total and renewal interval. Order references, the terms version and acceptance timestamp are retained as evidence.

5. Cancellation and withdrawal

Cancel through Settings → Billing and the Stripe portal; access continues until the paid period ends. To withdraw within 14 days of contract conclusion, send a clear statement with your account email and order reference to the contact below. No automatic waiver is presumed. Due refunds are issued within the statutory period, normally to the original payment method.

6. Content and guarantees

Customers must hold media rights and review posts. Scheduling authorizes sending at the chosen time to the selected account; drafts are not published. Ambiguous results require review to avoid duplicates. Illegal use, spam and bypassing platform protections are prohibited. Statutory digital-service conformity guarantees and mandatory consumer rights remain applicable without exclusion.
